The objective situation in the Ukrainian courts proves that swift and rapid reform of the judicial system can hardly be expected. The way out of this situation may be found in the expansion of business opportunities to use the non-governmental system of courts to protect own interests.
-
As far as I know, the majority of judges in Ukraine have been working for a long time. And they were at the government, which is now gone. Therefore, judicial reform must include a new composition of judges.
-
Perhaps in the near future and conduct judicial reform. But, the question is - what? It is necessary to completely alter marine Institute. And this is the time and money. Should students be given the opportunity to develop, to gain experience. And wages should not be cheap, and several times more, so the desire to take bribes from the judges is eliminated. Then the court will be free and the situation in the country will change.
-
I'm not sure that the court reform, something can change. But only time will tell how it will really be.
-
Free court looks some nice idea. I hope it will succeed.
