Decentralization of the permitting system
« on: November 06, 2017, 09:45:38 pm »
Modern digital technologies allow for a reversion in the work of state bodies and the entire permitting system, thus improving the investment climate and the business environment. The work of state bodies should not consist in issuing permits, but only in their verification in a strictly limited period. Non-governmental experts (if necessary, certified) and lawyers may create all permitting documents. After expiration of the established time, if no legal remarks, – a permitting document shall be considered issued, it is assigned a code and entered into the system based on a blockchain.

The question is: will the government allow the work of non-governmental experts? It would be nice if the government allowed the work of such experts.
